Rejection is one of the most common things in everyone’s life, in some way or the other. We experience rejection when we apply for a job, when we ask for an increase in our salary, when we propose for a girl/boyfriend etc. Rejection is sure an unpleasant feeling. We sometime miss the point and end up rejecting another person too. The worst experience of rejection is when we face it from a person whom we loved a lot and who loved us.

Rejection comes in various forms and may occur even in the smallest ways. But whatever the situation is, we always tend to blame ourselves for being rejected even if we know that it is the other person’s problem and not ours. The way we deal with rejection is really important in helping us uphold our self-respect and dignity.
